how to switch spare battery in case of UVP/OVP

At the moment I am thinking about how the BMS can switch to another battery without interruption in the event of an OVP or UVP. If I do without the precharge function, I would still have a relay available. what I want to achieve is the following: if an OVP occurs, the backup battery should be switched on to protect the alternator and the wind generator from being interrupted. when an UVP occurs, the replacement battery should be switched on to power the navigation devices. both should happen without interruption. Conversely, of course, the replacement battery should also be switched back to the Lifepo4 without interruption in both cases the spare battery has to be in parallel for a second or so to the Lifepo4. I hope this is no problem. -another question is how to properly control the switching when the Lifepo4 is turned off and then turned on. and vice versa does anyone see a solution that can be implemented without interruption with just one BMS relay?
